Your role as Mental Health Specialist Dispatch
Reporting to Joanny Grenier, Manager, Mental Health Specialist, you will act as a clinical first point of contact for members who request access to our mental health services to ensure that they are connected with the right professional based on their needs. Through an empathetic and compassionate approach, you will conduct brief video or phone consultations to quickly assess our members' mental health history and communicate to members what the next step in their healthcare journey will be.
