Data Solutions Analyst

About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Solutions Analyst to be our first line of defense to support our clients’ requests. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and will be able to utilize business context, communication, and technical skills to deliver solutions efficiently and in a timely manner. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.


What you'll do

  • Client Interaction:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for client data requests, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable data analyses.
    • Join client meetings to explain data findings, methodologies, and the capabilities of our data platform.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Develop and execute SQL queries extract and analyze data from various sources (BigQuery experience is a plus) 
    • Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Tableau (or other BI tools) to visualize data trends, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Collaborate effectively with Data Engineers to understand and leverage data pipelines, data models, and other technical aspects of the data infrastructure.
    • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise explanations for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • SQL (1+ year) and Python (1+ year)
  • JIRA (or equivalent) experience
  • AdTech experience is a plus
  • Must have at least 1+ years of experience in a similar technical, client facing role
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment and has the ability to work with a wide range of individuals

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $90,000. This position is full-time, includes benefits with work occurring during typical weekday business hours. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
