About the role


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate critical data and engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and will be able to coordinate activities between multiple projects within the organization to ensure a timely delivery to meet business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful solutions.


What you'll do

  • Define and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation and risk management strategies by working closely with project managers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage Jira workflows and run daily scrums to track progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Track, prioritize, and manage critical Bugs & Features (JIRA Stories), keeping stakeholders informed about their status, potential impacts, and resolution timelines.
  • Proactively identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure that milestones are being met.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule and budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day update on project status and changes.
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar role managing large and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Should have any of the below or similar certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP)
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) for entry-level candidates
    • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) for Agile project management
  • Should have comprehensive JIRA (Atlassian) management & automation experience
  • Should have strong attention to deadlines and has the ability to work with a wide range of individuals
  • Must have in-depth understanding of prevailing project management methodologies including familiarity with tools (e.g. JIRA) and metrics needed to ecaluate project performance.

Salary Range


The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $110,000. This position is full-time, includes benefits with work occurring during typical weekday business hours. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.
