Human Resources Coordinator

As a Human Resources Coordinator at DigitalPath, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across various HR processes, and maintaining accurate employee records. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance while providing excellent customer service to employees. Additionally, you will coordinate HR events, handle employee inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to ensure HR initiatives are effectively executed.


Additional information:

·        This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific Time.

  • This role requires on-site presence and does not offer remote work options.
  • You will be expected to work some overtime on occasion.
  • You may be required to drive for the companies at times.

Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs customer service functions by answering employees' requests and questions in a timely manner. Redirects calls and/or correspondence to the appropriate person.
  • Compiles and maintains data and records relating to HR, employees, and people operations in both paper and electronic formats ensuring all employment and compliance requirements are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments and/or functional areas. (e.g., payroll, benefits, learning & development etc.)
  • Assists in all aspects of the sourcing/application/hiring/onboarding process, including sorting applicants, assisting applicants, procurement of needed documents, background checks and job offers.
  • Supports with the preparation of the performance review process and assists supervisors with proper performance procedures.
  • Schedules meetings, interviews, HR events, document information and maintain agendas as needed.
  • Organizes and prepares agenda and other information for training sessions and seminars.
  • Responsible for scheduling, preparing information and performing orientations and onboarding.
  • Keeps employee records both paper and electronic format updated and current.
  • Records and updates information for new hire report.
  • Inform management on issues and problems on a continuous basis.
  • Prepares and submits reports on general HR activity.
  • Participates in ad-hoc projects, prepares data points and shares with Manager and/or Director.
  • Attends work on a regular and continuous basis.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience working in Human Resources as a coordinator or 1 year of experience working in a similar administrative role.
  • Preferred HR Certification: SHRM-CP or PHR.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Rippling, Asana, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint software preferred.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technical systems.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in recruitment and hiring processes, including onboarding and orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Collaborative, professional, and positive demeanor.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the office.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time and use repetitive motions including writing and typing.
  • Specific vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
  • Requires use of near vision with or without correction, and an ability to see details at close range (such as using a computer monitor, reading reports, etc.).
  • Use of computer systems, video displays, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals for prolonged periods of time.
  • Use of hands to hold, grip, carry, and physically interact with objects, tools, or controls.
  • Must be able to navigate all areas of the office, occasionally including areas accessible only by stairs.
  • May require carrying, lifting, pushing and/or pulling objects up to 55 pounds.

The pay range for this role is:

20 - 25 USD per hour (Headquarters)
