Digital Path is the leading Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) providing internet service to rural communities and critical fire response networks throughout California. Summary:
This role is primarily focused on accounts receivable with additional administrative responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Accounting Supervisor and Senior VP of Operations, you will collaborate with both the accounting team and members of management. Leveraging your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sound business judgment, you will be responsible for credit card reconciliations, invoicing enterprise clients, assisting with monthly financial reporting, and supporting a variety of accounting functions and general administrative tasks.

- This position is a full-time position on-site at our office in Chico, CA.
- This role requires on-site presence and does not offer remote work options.
- A typical work week is 8 hours daily Monday through Friday with occasional overtime.
- Due to the confidential nature of the job and the nature of the financial transactions you will be handling, you must be able to pass an in-depth background and credit check.

Minimum Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Clearly conveying information, expectations, and feedback to team members.
- Collecting and reconciling month end credit card reports.
- Collect and organize information for enterprise customer invoicing.
- Timely and accurate invoicing of enterprise customers.
- Accurately record deposits and apply them to the proper invoices.
- Assist in producing weekly/monthly reports on budgets and forecasts.
- Recognize weaknesses in process and procedures and recommend courses of action for improvement.
- Attends work on a regular and continuous basis.
- Other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or business administration, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience required.
- Self-motivated, with ability to manage your time efficiently.
- Working knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP is a plus.
- Ability to exercise a high level of discretion and confidentiality with the utmost integrity.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Office 365 with specific expertise in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to think critically, independently, and utilize problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pivot between multiple priorities and projects as needed and successfully prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Must be detail-oriented and consistently accurate in all aspects of work, including data entry and organization skills.
- Demonstrate a strong level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.
- Collaborative mindset for internal and cross-functional teamwork.
- Valid California Driver’s License with no more than 1 point and no DUI’s.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to consistently work full-time on-site Monday through Friday during the operational hours of the department.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time and use repetitive motions including writing and typing.
- Specific vision requirements include close, distant, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Requires use of near vision with or without correction, and an ability to see details at close range (such as using a computer monitor, reading reports, etc.).
- Use of computer systems, video displays, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals for prolonged periods of time.
- Use of hands to hold, grip, carry, and physically interact with objects, tools, or controls.
- Must be able to navigate all areas of the office, occasionally including areas accessible only by stairs.
- Occasionally may require carrying, lifting, pushing and/or pulling objects up to 25 pounds.
