WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?

We are seeking a driven and tenacious sales professional local to the Bloomington, MN area who thrive in outbound sales. You'll work closely with a high-performing and rapidly growing sales team, making outbound cold calls and emails to drive new business. This role requires someone with determination, resilience, and a passion for delivering results in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in B2B sales and are passionate about delivering results, this role will empower you to help Dispatch grow.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)

  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel growth and drive revenue
  • Qualify customer opportunities and re-engage churned accounts
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including daily outreach activities and setting qualified meetings
  • Manage and maintain an accurate HubSpot CRM pipeline
  • Exceed monthly targets for booked meetings, ensuring high engagement with prospects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver optimal client solutions
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume B2B cold-calling
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and email marketing
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, demonstrating professionalism and diligence
  • A positive, self-driven attitude, eager to learn and grow within the company
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Equivalent work experience will be considered

  • Compensation: On Target Earnings of  up to $72K. Base salary range: $40,000 - $42,500. We consider various factors in determining actual base pay, which include your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location
