WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Sales Enablement who thrives in building programs from the ground up. This role requires a combination of creativity, ownership, and leadership to design, implement, and refine a comprehensive sales enablement program. If you have a strong background in sales enablement, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration, this role will empower you to directly impact Dispatch’s growth and market success.
YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)
- Design, document, and facilitate onboarding and continuing education tracks for sales roles: Enterprise Sales Managers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Business Development Representatives.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of sales team performance metrics, identifying skill gaps and designing targeted intervention strategies.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously refine enablement approaches.
- Ensure consistent messaging and alignment across sales collateral and training programs.
- Develop and implement consultative and outbound sales strategies to address diverse sales models and vertical needs.
- Create and maintain standard sales templates (email, demo, calling sequences) and pricing guidelines, including enterprise volume discounts and ROI calculators.
- Drive adoption of sales productivity tools and platforms.
- Design digital learning experiences for continuing education.
- Build a centralized learning hub as a resource for enablement materials and sales feedback.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between sales, marketing, product, and learning & development teams.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the sales organization.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales enablement, training, or related customer-facing roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong proficiency in sales enablement technologies and learning management systems.
- Preferred experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems and Google Suite.
- Demonstrable understanding of online, double-sided marketplaces and operations (especially in the home improvement industry) is a plus.
- Experience in the on-demand industry and/or startup space is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
