We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader with deep expertise in supply chain and logistics to drive high-impact enterprise partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with extensive experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing high-value relationships that fuel revenue growth. YOUR ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)
  • Drive strategic enterprise partnership development and revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain high-value relationships with key supply chain partners.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage partnership performance metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key tech and/or logistics companies, consulting partners, and integrators in final-mile delivery.
  • Lead partner onboarding, training, and enablement initiatives.
  • Manage the partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to ongoing support and business reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to align partnerships with product development, marketing, and sales efforts.
  • Represent the company at industry events and act as a thought leader in the partnership ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain tools, processes, and playbooks to support scalable partnership management.
  • Travel as needed to meet with existing and new partners, including conferences and on-site visits (up to 25%).

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, preferably in the enterprise software/SaaS market.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, including presentation skills.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating complex partnership agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Existing industry contacts and the ability to quickly execute partnership strategies.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and market trends.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems, project management software, and data analytics tools.
  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the final-mile delivery space and relevant technologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze partnership performance and market data.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Project Management: Skills in managing partnership implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and ability to drive revenue through partnerships.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Experience:

  • Full-cycle partner sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise client management and solution integration.
  • Domain expertise in Construction, Trades, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Retail industries.
  • Demonstrated success in direct/indirect sales of complex solutions, particularly in 7-figure projects.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and Google Suite.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Experience in partner enablement, training, and onboarding.
  • Analytical skills for assessing channel performance and optimizing sales.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving capabilities in diverse markets.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
  • Experience defining and driving complex program initiatives with customers.
  • Exceptional strategic thought leadership and the ability to drive key business insights.
  • Superior project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • An understanding of online marketplace dynamics, with demonstrated success in driving growth, tangible results, and KPI improvements.
