WHY YOU WOULD BE A FIT?

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at Dispatch, you’ll be the CEO of your book of business, driving revenue, expanding enterprise and mid-market accounts, and activating new customer locations. Success is measured by revenue growth, customer activations, and long-term account expansion. You'll collaborate with Enterprise Sales and Account Managers to uncover opportunities, build relationships, and deliver last-mile solutions that help businesses thrive.

ASSIGNMENT (should you choose us and we choose you!)

  • Prospect and qualify new leads to expand Dispatch’s customer base.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Engage prospective customers in meetings, demonstrating Dispatch’s value.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer success.
  • Drive service adoption by overseeing seamless rollouts at branch locations.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on pipeline, activations, and growth opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM & DISPATCH

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise sales with proven achievement
  • 3+ years of experience with CRM systems; HubSpot experience preferred
  • Ability to accurately forecast business on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a proactive, self-driven mindset

  • Compensation: Base salary range: $62,000 - $72,000 annually, plus uncapped commission based incentives.
