About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Recruiter to help us build an incredible team across our medical department. You’ll be on the front lines of finding great people, and helping us grow in a thoughtful, values-led way.

If you’re curious about people, love a good search challenge, and want to accelerate your career in recruiting (while learning about an evolving area of healthcare), this role is for you. You’ll work closely with senior recruiters, hiring managers, and our People team to make hiring feel smooth, human, and maybe even a little fun.

What You'll Own

• 🧠 Engage great talent using a mix of creativity, persistence, and smart sourcing.
• 🗣️ Be the friendly first impression - screening and engaging candidates with warmth and great energy.
• 🎯 Keep the hiring process moving - scheduling interviews, coordinating steps, and helping turn helping turn great candidates into hires 🎉. This is a full-cycle recruitment role.
• 🛠️ Stay on top of the details, keeping things organised and up to date in our systems.
• 🌟 Help us create a hiring experience that’s inclusive, thoughtful, and genuinely enjoyable.
• 🎤 Bring our story to life so candidates are excited about what we’re building.

What You’ll Need

• 🌟 1-2 years of experience in recruiting within the healthcare industry.
• 🌿 A genuine interest in alternative or evolving areas of healthcare, or a curiosity to learn.
• 🔍 Naturally organised - you don’t let things slip and you’ve got a good eye for detail.
• 🧲 Comfortable reaching out to new people - you’re not afraid to start conversations.
• 🧞 Great communicator - you’re friendly, clear, and know how to build rapport quickly.
• 🚀 A “figure it out” mindset, you’re proactive, adaptable, and keen to learn.
• 💻 Familiarity with ATS tools (or excitement to learn) like Lever, Greenhouse, Rippling, or similar.
• ⚡ Bonus points if you've ever worked in a startup or scale-up environment.
