About The Role


We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at Dispensed and VeteranCann. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for creating and executing engaging digital content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You will work closely with the Marketing Lead, Digital Advertising Specialist, and Social Media Manager, turning concepts into content that drives both engagement and conversions.


As we continue to scale, this role is critical in ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, content is produced consistently, and our marketing leads have the creative support they need to focus on growth and strategy. You will collaborate across the business, helping us deliver patient-first messaging while growing your own skills in a fast-moving, innovative environment.


What You'll Own

  • Create and optimise digital content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
  • Partner with Josh (Digital Advertising Specialist) on paid ads by preparing creative assets, testing iterations, and improving campaign performance.
  • Support Sofie (Social Media Manager) on organic social channels by producing engaging short-form videos, graphics, and copy.
  • Work with the Marketing Lead to deliver campaigns and support reporting on results.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to ensure content reflects accurate product information and aligns with brand messaging.


What You’ll Need

  • Hands-on experience assisting with the creation and execution of digital content or campaigns, ideally across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to take ideas and bring them to life through engaging video, copy, and visuals.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadlines.
  • A proactive, “doer” mindset, someone who thrives on execution rather than just strategy.
  • Experience managing end-to-end content production, including briefing, scripting, coordinating shoots and editors, and delivering final assets.
