About Dispensed
At Dispensed, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential by supporting better health outcomes. We believe that access to innovative and alternative therapies can transform lives. Through our telehealth platform, we facilitate patient access to affordable, efficient, and reliable alternative medicine services across Australia, NZ and the UK.
About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our telehealth platform in the UK. You’ll own complex product areas end-to-end - from problem discovery and strategy through to delivery, measurement and iteration.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role within a fast-moving, mission-driven team. You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, clinicians and operators to build patient-centred, compliant and scalable products that improve healthcare experiences for both patients and clinical teams.
You will sit at the intersection of business, technology and clinical operations, translating real-world needs into clear product direction and shipped outcomes. You’ll partner closely with the Global CTO, Global CEO, the Australian Product team, and UK Operations and Medical leaders to align strategy, roadmap and execution.
We care deeply about strong product fundamentals: customer insight, clear thinking, pragmatic prioritisation, and the ability to ship meaningful improvements consistently. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is valuable, but not required - we’re looking first and foremost for an excellent product manager who can learn domains quickly and deliver impact.
