About The Role
We are seeking a high-performing commercial leader to accelerate Alt-Form's growth in Australia’s medicinal cannabis sector. You will drive market penetration by securing partnerships with pharmacies, clinics, and dispensaries, executing effective go-to-market strategies, and building a strong national network of prescribers and stakeholders. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, including educational program development, sales pipeline management, and representing the brand at key industry events.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will step into a fast-moving environment where you can make an immediate impact and help position Alt-Form as a trusted partner in plant-based medicine.
What You'll Own
- Identify, negotiate, and secure commercial partnerships with pharmacies, dispensaries, and medicinal cannabis clinics across Australia
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and clinic onboarding
- Build and maintain a national network of clinic decision-makers and prescribers with a focus on high-conversion outreach
- Create educational frameworks for healthcare professionals, including CPD modules, webinars, and product training
- Track, analyse, and report on sales pipeline performance and key commercial metrics
- Represent Alt-Form at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings
- Monitor competitor activity and emerging trends in plant-based medicine to inform strategy
What You’ll Need
- Strategic Partnership Development - Ability to identify, negotiate, and secure high-value commercial relationships with pharmacies, clinics, and dispensaries
- Go-to-Market Execution - Experience launching new products and delivering onboarding strategies that drive adoption and conversions
- Network Building and Outreach - Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build a national prescriber and clinic network
- Educational Program Design - Experience creating impactful training programs such as CPD modules and webinars
- Healthcare or MC Sales Expertise - Proven background in medical, pharmaceutical, or medicinal cannabis sales with strong value communication skills
- Market and Competitor Insight - Analytical mindset with experience tracking pipelines, assessing market activity, and adapting strategies to trends
