As our Content Creator, you’ll capture the energy of live events, craft eye-catching visuals, and produce scroll-stopping videos that showcase our innovative work. Position Title: Content Creator

Position Location: Remote - work virtually from anywhere in the United States

JOB SUMMARY

The Content Creator will be the viral voice of the company on all social media platforms, keeping all subscribers up to date on the latest company happenings, hot topics and trends. As an active participant of various company events, this individual will be the sole director of capturing and portraying every moment and reaction in real-time for live feeds and future posts. The Content Creator will use passion and creative flare to generate original content to entice viewers with memorable impressions. This position will concentrate on intense use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and AI tools for the creation of original imagery, in addition to the high usage of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and mobile applications for the production of a vast range of video content. In addition to an active social media presence, everyday assisted tasks may span from designing unique marketing materials to developing promotional videos and interactive content for use on social media and at company events.

The Content Creator will receive general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments. May work independently or under immediate supervision. May serve as trade lead on routine projects of limited scope.


The Content Creator will communicate and operate in line with organizational goals and values, as well as departmental objectives.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist in Social Media and Event Related Content (85%)

  • Develop a wide range of marketing material for company events
  • Create and maintain templates for social media campaigns
  • Manage and run social media campaigns
  • Create and maintain templates for email campaigns
  • Manage and run email campaigns
  • Create a vast range of promo videos for social media and company events
  • Develop micro-sites for various company events
  • Use AI tools to generate static and animated content
  • Attend and document various company events
  • Act as the social influencer of company events
  • Creatively produce company content for social media following the latest trends
  • Actively post to multiple social media channels about the latest company happenings and trends

Assist in Company Visualizations (10%)

  • Create logos, icons and miscellaneous graphics
  • Organize and maintain libraries of all graphics and marketing material
  • Create and implement company branding material in programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Enhance project animations with various layers of effects, transitions and supporting graphics
  • Produce miscellaneous videos for in-house presentations
  • Compose interactive content for in-house tips, guides and training
  • Create and populate templates in Figma
  • Create and maintain basic HTML web content based on branding templates
  • Create, review and visually enhance in-house and project related PowerPoint presentations

Reporting (5%)

  • Prepare project progress reports for internal and external stakeholders

Completion of Assigned Tasks and Deliverables on Time and on Budget

Performs Other Related Duties as Assigned


POSITION REQUIREMENTS (BEGINNER LEVEL FOR ALL THE FOLLOWING UNLESS AS NOTED)

  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fundamental knowledge of HTML
  • Fundamental knowledge of Figma
  • Proficient knowledge of desktop video editing skills
  • Experience with Mail Chimp a plus
  • Experience with Framer a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding of compositional and spatial awareness
  • Proficient with cellular video recording and editing features
  • Proficient with social media posts, lingo and trends
  • Capable of energized engagement in social events
  • Skilled at MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), along with exceptional organizational skills for file management
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new programs to fulfill regular tasks
  • Skilled in completing assignments accurately and with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully in a remote environment through effective communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, proactiveness and resourcefulness in a distraction free workspace
  • Ability to work with engineers, designers, drafters and the visualization staff as part of a design team
  • Ability to work with engineers to incorporate MEP design into visualizations
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form (technical and non-technical information)
  • Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently with moderate supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to think out of the box and come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.

  • Frequently required to remain in a stationary position

TRAVEL / RELOCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • 25% or more, this may include travel to any or all 50 US states
  • Travel is defined as physically leaving home on behalf of business activities including but not limited to client sites, meetings with other employees, meeting for business development purposes, running errands on behalf of the business, attending industry conferences, etc.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Film Making, Animation or related field

OR

  • Two years of experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premier Pro
