What you'll do
- Oversee planning, implementation, and execution of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with Builder/Customer to define project scope and goals.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Secure subcontractors for installation and ensure that they have a good understanding of project requirements.
- Coordinate with office support staff to confirm appropriate resources and materials are available.
- Monitor and report the progress of assigned projects to all stakeholders.
- Manage project changes and implement appropriate interventions to achieve project goals (i.e., change orders or material shortages/overages).
- Assure all entities representing the company on the job site comply with the company safety plan.
- Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate customer issues or complaints if any should arise.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience preferred
- Must hold a valid TN driver's license
- Must maintain excellent Motor Vehicle Report.
