Flexible Campus Supervision (4 hours a month)
- This role is requested to be on campus for an average of 4 hours per month of flexible campus supervision time for various events on campus when students are present. Examples of such student supervision time would be for events such as: Parent Education Nights*, Back to School Night, Family Movie Night and Friendsgiving.
- For some events like our Parent Education Nights (PEN), we have hired childcare, but still need someone dedicated to managing the childcare personnel and planning programing and snacks/dinner/scheduling while the hired external childcare personnel focus on implementing programming and such.
- For some events like Friendsgiving, Back to School Night and Family Movie Night, students are on campus with their families, but we need help with outdoor security and roving building supervision during the event.
- Some months might not have any events, so we would “roll” over the 4 hours to a month where we might have more events hence the “on average” description.
- These events are family events where parents and students are in attendance but parents are engaged and students are playing. While no planned programming is required, although it is welcome, we need someone to be dedicated to student supervision.
