Professional Development	Commitment to ongoing training and spiritual formation throughout the year

Sick Pay	Accrued up to 72 hours per school year. 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
Compensation	Annual salary paid bi monthly. Optional partial tuition credit available if your child attends DDCA.
