Human Resources Manager

As our HR Manager, you’ll be the bridge between employees and leadership, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, retention, HRIS/payroll, compliance, and wellness initiatives. You’ll ensure we meet all labor laws while fostering a workplace where employees feel heard, respected, and supported.

What You’ll Do:

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding

Manage payroll, benefits, and HR systems

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

Drive employee engagement and retention strategies

Champion health, safety, and wellness programs

Partner with leadership to shape a positive, high-performance culture

What You Bring:

Proven HR leadership experience (5 +years preferred)

Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Passion for people and process improvement
