What is the purpose of this role?
As DOOR's People Operations Analyst, you'll be a key member of our People team at our 200-300 person Building Intelligence company. Unlike traditional HR roles, People Operations at DOOR focuses on enhancing employee experience through data-driven systems, connecting individual performance to company goals, and ensuring operational simplicity as we scale. You'll support HR programs, maintain compliance, and optimize processes while leveraging analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across the employee lifecycle.

This role requires advanced analytical capabilities to identify workforce trends, predict attrition risks, and optimize people operations through data-driven reporting. You'll own the full analytics lifecycle from data collection to executive-level storytelling while ensuring all People Operations functions run with precision and care.

What will you do?
Advanced People Analytics & Reporting (Core Focus)
- Transform raw HR data into actionable workforce insights using statistical analysis.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards tracking key metrics: turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, compliance.
- Conduct predictive analysis to forecast attrition risks and hiring needs.
- Create monthly analytics reports for People leadership.
- Implement data visualization best practices using Excel/Sheets.
- Clean and normalize HR data for quality and reliability.
HRIS Data Support & Optimization
- Support HRIS & payroll admin in maintaining Rippling workflows with analytics-first configuration.
- Maintain data integrity through audits and checks.
- Create reliable sources of truth for people analytics by organizing legacy headcount data.
- Monitor system accuracy and assist with data cleanup initiatives.
Employee Lifecycle Support
- Support onboarding processes by preparing documentation, coordinating with IT, and tracking completion.
- Manage all employee status changes (promotions, transfers, leaves) in HRIS.
- Handle offboarding and conduct exit data analysis for trend reporting.
- Assist in performance review cycles and provide metrics tracking.
- Support salary benchmarking with data-driven insights.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Maintain compliance with Argentine labor laws while supporting US operations.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data and support regulatory reviews.
- Assist in preparation for internal and external audits (SOC2, EEO, tax, etc.).
- Ensure all policies align with applicable labor laws and company standards.
People Operations Inbox Management
- Manage People Ops shared inbox, triage and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
- Document and communicate updates across all teams as needed.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining service standards.
Occasional Recruiting Support
- Assist with sourcing and interview scheduling during peak hiring.
- Provide data-driven recruiting insights and maintain ATS data integrity.
What do you bring to DOOR?
- 3–5+ years of People Operations/HR experience with 1+ year in data analysis.
- Comfortable communicating with executive leadership, including receiving and prioritizing analytics and reporting requests from our CEO.
- Proven ability to transform HR data into business insights (portfolio preferred).
- Advanced experience working with HRIS - Rippling preferred
- Advanced Excel/Sheets proficiency: formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), pivot tables, charts.
- Experience with HR metrics: turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, cost-per-hire.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and reporting clarity.
- Spanish fluency (native) and professional English proficiency.
- Experience with payroll processes is a nice-to-have for providing backup coverage when needed.
