Manager, SEO & AEO

What is the purpose of this role?

We’re hiring a Manager, SEO & AEO to lead the strategy and execution of HelloTech’s organic growth, AI visibility, and website conversion performance. You’ll own the roadmap for search and answer engine optimization while also ensuring our site experience converts traffic into loyal, high-LTV customers.

This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of SEO, content, AI, and performance design. You’ll lead everything from search rankings and site health to landing page testing and CRO strategies. Your work will drive measurable results across D2C and B2B.

What will you do?

  • Lead the full strategy and execution of SEO and AEO programs to drive organic visibility, traffic, and engagement across traditional search and AI-powered platforms
  • Optimize HelloTech’s website performance and conversion funnel, identifying opportunities to improve UX, reduce bounce rate, and increase booking and lead conversions
  • Build and scale high-impact content that ranks in Google, appears in featured snippets, and is favored by LLMs like ChatGPT and Gemini
  • Partner with design and engineering to execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests, including A/B experiments on landing pages, CTAs, copy, and layouts
  • Manage technical SEO health including site speed, mobile performance, structured data, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content strategy, keyword clustering, and site audits
  • Establish reporting frameworks that track organic traffic, keyword performance, site engagement, conversion rates, and revenue impact
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Engineering to align on-site structure and campaigns with SEO and CRO best practices, leveraging Webflow’s CMS and visual design tools
  • Act as the internal champion for SEO, AEO, and CRO best practices, helping the company stay ahead of evolving algorithms and AI search behavior
  • Identify future team needs and help scale SEO and CRO functions as HelloTech and DOOR grow


What do you bring to DOOR?

  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in both D2C and B2B environments. 1+ years of AEO experience. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead both strategy and execution across SEO, AEO, and CRO initiatives
  • Experience working within Webflow or similar visual CMS platforms, with a clear understanding of their SEO capabilities and constraints
  • Deep technical SEO knowledge including crawl optimization, Core Web Vitals, schema, indexing, and JavaScript rendering
  • Strong experience with conversion rate optimization, website analytics, and A/B testing tools (e.g. Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely)
  • Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization, with an understanding of how to rank in AI-powered search experiences
  • High comfort level using AI tools to streamline workflows and optimize content at scale
  • Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CMS environments
  • Strong understanding of content frameworks that balance search demand, UX, and conversion intent
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to report on performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively across content, design, product, and engineering
