Role & Responsibilities
As a Paid Social Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for crafting static ad creatives in Figma that drive results for direct response paid social media campaigns. Your work will involve designing assets tailored to both ecommerce and lead generation campaigns for some very well-known brands and businesses.
You’ll collaborate closely with Paid Social Media Specialists and Strategists to turn messaging angles into creative assets that perform well in campaigns. Your job is to visually bring these strategies to life and ensure every creative asset communicates clearly and effectively to the audience. Every ad creative you design needs to connect with the target audience by addressing their needs, desires, and pain points to deliver measurable results.
This role requires someone analytical, as you’ll be reviewing performance metrics like click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), cost per thousand impressions (CPM), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer acquisition cost (CAC) on the assets you design. You’ll need to figure out what’s working, why it’s working, and use that understanding to improve future designs. A big part of the job will involve creating iterations of assets for creative testing in ad accounts, where A/B tests on small design changes will help identify improvements. It’s important to be comfortable with designing for performance rather than focusing on creating ultra-artistic pieces. The goal is to design creative assets that drive measurable business results for our clients.
