As a Senior Front-End Web Developer at Dreww, you will be part of the creative team within our Growth Marketing department, working closely with our Ecommerce Growth Specialists and B2B Growth Specialists to support our growth mandates.
Your role will focus on designing and building websites and landing pages that directly support our inbound lead generation and ecommerce growth mandates. You will lead projects end to end, from designing conversion-focused experiences in Figma to developing and deploying websites across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS.
While this role does not involve heavy back-end development, it requires a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as good design taste, a critical eye, and the ability to build clean, performance-driven front-end experiences.
This role is for someone who understands the importance of messaging and how design, structure, and UX work together to drive results. You will collaborate closely with growth specialists to translate strategy and messaging into clear, high-converting web experiences.
