Role & Responsibilities
The Junior Specialist, Paid Social & Customer Acquisition is an entry-level position at Dreww, offering the opportunity to develop expertise in paid social media strategies and customer acquisition. In this role, you will support the Paid Social team in designing and executing comprehensive campaigns aimed at driving client revenue growth while maintaining positive ROI. Most of your work will be focused on platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads, with some involvement in Google Ads. You will gain exposure to both e-commerce and lead generation mandates, providing you with a broad understanding of different types of paid social strategies.
You’ll learn to analyze key financial metrics like CLTV, CAC, CTR, CVR, and ROAS to optimize performance. Collaborating with senior team members, you’ll gain hands-on experience in crafting paid ad strategies, writing sales copy, designing static assets, scripting videos, and assisting in the production and coordination of post-production for creative assets.
Throughout your time in this role, you will have access to extensive training materials and a full academy to help accelerate your learning and skill development. The goal is for you to grow into a specialist role within 6-12 months of joining the team.
As a Junior Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting in the following ways:
- Assist in conducting customer research to develop targeted messaging frameworks.
- Write compelling sales copy for campaigns based on the defined messaging strategy.
- Create briefs for the design team to develop static creative assets in Figma.
- Write engaging scripts for video content.
- Craft copy for landing pages that align with the campaign’s messaging.
- Configure and set up ad campaigns in the ad manager platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Support the team with performance reporting and analysis.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and contributing to discussions around campaign priorities and performance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant coursework is a plus.
- Experience with paid social media, e-commerce, and/or lead generation is required.
- Experience with design tools like Figma to assist in the design of ad creatives and collaborate with designers.
- 6-18 months of experience in social media or marketing, ideally through internships or entry-level roles.
- Fully bilingual in French and English, with advanced writing skills in both languages.
- Experience working with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
- Strong at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
