About the role
DroneShield is seeking a highly capable Bid Specialist to manage and author key proposal responses—including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and other opportunities—across US and international defense security markets. This role is ideal for a strategic executor: someone who is equally comfortable managing a proposal and writing its core narrative. You’ll work closely with Sales Directors, engineering teams, legal, finance, and the executive leadership group to produce high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the center of DroneShield’s growth strategy, contributing directly to our success
