About the role

  • The Warehouse Coordinator will join a fast-paced, collaborative operations team dedicated to supporting both corporate and field staff across the organization. In this hands-on role, you’ll support shipping and receiving, organize and pack materials, prepare deployment kits for new hub build-outs, and manage inventory and ordering. You’ll work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners, using a ticketing system to prioritize and respond to operational needs while maintaining strong communication and anticipating future demands. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, solutions-driven professional who manages work with financial responsibility, documents scalable processes, and helps execute new business initiatives as the company grows.

What you'll do

  • Support all aspects of our operations team, including shipping and receiving, organizing, packing, and preparing deployment kits for hub build-outs and new site launches.
  • Manage tasks and requests through a ticketing platform, prioritizing work to meet the needs of both corporate and field teams.
  • Order, track, and manage materials and inventory to ensure teams have what they need, when they need it.
  • Take a solutions-oriented, financially responsible approach when addressing operational challenges and improving processes.
  • Assist with the execution and setup of new business initiatives as the company grows.
  • Build strong working relationships with corporate and field teams to anticipate needs, improve collaboration, and ensure proactive and reactive operational support.
  • Troubleshoot issues independently, escalating when needed, and seeing tasks through to completion.
  • Document processes and solutions to support scalability across our network of operating facilities.
  • Contribute to other projects and duties as needed to support the success of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing strong relationships with both vendors and clients.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and adapts quickly to change.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating across all levels of an organization, from frontline teams to executive leadership.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a demonstrated creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Eager to take on new challenges and see them through with ownership and accountability.
  • Flexible and willing to support teams outside of standard business hours when needed.
  • Experience in high-consequence and/or highly regulated industries is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to execute quickly and accurately.
  • Based in or able to work in the Chesapeake area, with occasional travel across the U.S.
  • Possess a Class C Drivers License
  • Ability to acquire a Commercial Drivers License Class B (CDL B License)

The pay range for this role is:

55,000 - 75,000 USD per year (Chesapeake Warehouse)
