About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, outgoing, and polished Field and Channel Marketing Manager to join our expanding marketing team. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all logistical aspects of our cybersecurity event presence across regional and major conferences like RSA, Black Hat, and numerous other industry-leading events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all logistical elements of Dropzone AI's field and channel marketing events, including vendor management, booth setup and breakdown, shipping, lead follow up, and event materials.
  • Travel regularly (multiple times per month) across the U.S. to oversee and support events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to align event strategy with overall business objectives.
  • Manage event strategy and calendars, project timelines, and budgets to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, lead list management, data scrubbing, and importing leads into HubSpot.
  • Serve as a polished brand ambassador, engaging prospects and partners with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in field & channel marketing, cybersecurity experience is a must!
  • Proven familiarity with major cybersecurity conferences and trade shows (RSA, Black Hat, regional and channel events).
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with marketing tools including HubSpot and Asana strongly preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and comfort in professional networking environments.

Work Environment/Travel

We are a 100% remote company where you will work from your home with company-provided equipment to set you up for success. Frequent travel to professional office settings and N. American conferences with overnight travel expected.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the annual base salary range is below, exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Dropzone AI your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package, including company paid health insurance, 401K Plan, Self-Managed PTO, parental leave, and more.

The pay range for this role is:

140,000 - 160,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
