Role Description

The role of a Client Development Specialist plays a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to become clients. Key responsibilities will encompass both the strategic and operational aspects of lead generation, including researching potential leads, assessing their compatibility with our services, and maintaining an organized, updated pipeline of prospects. By working closely with the Business Development team, the Client Development Specialist will facilitate the initial engagement process, setting the stage for successful sales discussions.


Key Responsibilities 


Lead Identification and Qualification:

  • Conduct initial research to identify potential leads within targeted markets or demographics that align with our high-end service offerings.
  • Evaluate the validity and potential of each lead based on specific criteria, such as their need for transportation, timeline, budget alignment, and decision-making authority.

Value Proposition Communication:

  • Serve as an ambassador for drvn's offerings, utilizing a deep understanding of our products and services combined with consumer insights to demonstrate how our solutions align with customer requirements.
  • Highlight the unique selling points of our services, including real-time synchronization, unparalleled security, and dedicated support.

Appointment Setting:

  • Coordinate with the Business Development team to schedule appointments between potential leads and sales representatives.
  • Provide the Business Development team with detailed background information on each lead to facilitate productive sales discussions.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain a detailed and organized database of potential leads, ensuring information is up-to-date and categorized based on their qualification status and interest level.
  • Regularly review and refresh the lead pipeline to remove outdated contacts and add new, promising leads.

Lead Nurturing and Follow-Up:

  • Develop a systematic approach for nurturing leads through regular follow-ups, updates on our services, and engagement strategies to keep the company top of mind.
  • Track lead responses and adjust engagement tactics as necessary to increase interest and move leads further along in the sales process.


Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation, sales development, or similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying leads, meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills, with the ability to identify and target potential leads effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance goals and objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to prospecting and outreach.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
