As the first and currently the main brand of Moveo Technologies Corporation, drvn provides premium, global, private passenger transportation and logistics services. Providing technology solutions and passenger transportation services for complex ground environments and projects is the company's primary focus. 

Role Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support sales initiatives, and drive business growth. This role oversees digital marketing, brand management, content, public relations, and events while working closely with Sales and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align with company objectives.


Key Responsibilities 

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across social media, email, paid advertising, website, and content marketing.
  • Create and optimize campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and website traffic.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Manage marketing automation, CRM, and digital analytics platforms.

Brand Management

  • Maintain and strengthen drvn's brand identity, messaging, and positioning.
  • Ensure consistency across marketing materials, digital channels, and customer touchpoints.
  • Develop messaging that differentiates drvn within the ground transportation industry.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, customer feedback, and brand perception

Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Manage event logistics, booth materials, presentations, promotional collateral, and marketing support.
  • Partner with Sales on pre-event outreach and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Evaluate event performance and lead-generation results.

Public Relations & Content

  • Manage marketing and PR content, including social media, website content, press releases, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Identify opportunities for thought leadership, industry publications, speaking engagements, and media exposure.
  • Monitor media coverage and brand sentiment

Leadership & Marketing Operations

  • Manage marketing projects, priorities, timelines, vendors, and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, systems, and department efficiency.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on marketing initiatives, performance, and results.


Team Collaboration

The Marketing Manager will work closely with Sales, Business Development Professionals, Lead Generations/Appointment Setting, Account Coordinators, Operations, and Leadership to ensure marketing initiatives support revenue growth and overall company objectives.


Lead Generation / Appointment Setting

  • Align on target audiences, industries, and lead-generation strategies.
  • Provide campaigns, messaging, and marketing resources that support prospecting.
  • Review lead quality and campaign performance to improve conversion rates.

Business Development Professionals

  • Develop campaigns and sales materials that support customer acquisition.
  • Gather feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Coordinate marketing support for prospect meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

Account Coordinators

  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for testimonials, case studies, and success stories.
  • Support customer communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout the customer experience

Enterprise Sourcing Specialist

  • Equip new-business sales teams with warm, pre-qualified enterprise opportunities, executive meeting bookings, and key decision-maker context.
  • Transfer vetted leads, enterprise meeting notes, and prospect requirements into sales pipelines via structured handoff workflows.
  • Prospect on-site at industry trade shows and sales events to qualify and pass high-value enterprise contacts to sales reps.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

The Marketing Manager will also partner with Operations, Technology, Finance, HR, and Leadership on company initiatives, communications, events, and strategic projects while ensuring marketing activities remain aligned with drvn’s overall business goals.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably within transportation, logistics, hospitality, technology, or B2B Services.
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing, brand, lead generation, and content strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and content marketing.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Experience planning or supporting trade shows, conferences, and corporate events.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Operations, Leadership, and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
