What you'll do
- Prepare global reporting requirements (monthly, quarterly and consolidation), collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Research and provide guidance around complex accounting transactions, including but not limited to: revenue recognition, collaborations, fixed assets, impairment, debt and equity financing, stock compensation, intercompany balance reconciliation and business acquisitions
- Own revenue recognition and accounts receivable reserve
- Oversee accounting and reconciliation activities for debt, lease and equity plan
- Establish, maintain and ensure compliance for Company accounting policies
- Provide significant support of the annual financial statement audit, including oversight of third-party subject matter experts and work with external audit firm
- Oversee GAAP adjustments, monitor GAAP changes and implement best practices
- Review commissions calculations and accrual
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Required
- CPA required
- 2-3 years of experience preferably in the SAAs industry
- Experience with global operations
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Hard-working, meticulous, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage tight deadlines
- Ability to work well in a team atmosphere
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Remote - United States)
