About The Role
Greenbay is seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing Sales department. As a part of our ambitious team, you will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This full-time, salaried position presents an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences and solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Greenbay at client meetings, events, and tradeshows to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and committed to professional growth.
The pay range for this role is:
80,000 - 120,000 USD per month (Remote (Houston, Texas, US))
90,000 - 150,000 USD per month (US)
