About the role:  We are looking for a driven solutions leader with a product mindset to join as the founding Partner Solutions Architect (PSA). In this role, you will own the technical engagement with our primary cloud partners (AWS, GCP, and Azure) and ensure their customers achieve tangible business value with DuploCloud. You will work cross functionally with the Solutions Architect team, the Sales organization, and technical counterparts across our partners to accelerate customer adoption and success. You will play a critical role in helping cloud partners identify high-value use cases and providing technical enablement through the implementation of AI-driven solutions.As a PSA, you will serve as a trusted DuploCloud expert, collaborating with AWS/GCP/Azure Partner Solutions Architects and Sales teams to drive key joint initiatives. You will be responsible for supporting a wide range of technical activities with our partners—such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation. Ultimately, you will be accountable for the success of these initiatives and will frequently collaborate with both DuploCloud and partner resources to deliver results.

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have experience … 

• Partnering with hyperscaler cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) to drive customer success
• Designing and implementing cloud and DevOps solutions in enterprise environments
• Building and delivering technical enablement and solution architectures for joint go-to-market initiatives
• Leading cloud migration, application modernization, or DevOps transformation projects
• Acting as a trusted technical advisor to both internal teams and external partners
• Balancing product thinking with hands-on technical execution to drive adoption and business outcomes 

Qualifications: 

•  Has a demonstrable track-record and never-ending passion for learning; successful candidates for this position typically have 7+ years of experience in a customer or partner facing technical role.
• A self-starter, tech-savvy professional with solid business acumen; ability to articulate DuploCloud value from server room to boardroom
• Engaging the Partner's Technology, Sales & Marketing leaders to determine the best approach to co-build/co-sell/co-market.
• Uplifting CSP partner capability through workshops, player-coach.
• Accelerating partner opportunities through architecture design/review, PoC, technical resolution.
• Co-marketing  offering through Public Speaking/Blog/Workshop etc
• Partnering with the CSP counterparts the PSAs and PDMs in Partner development planning, execution and reviews.
• Experience working with both customers and internal teams in a pre-sales, consulting, or delivery capacity
• Experience working with hyperscalers and service offerings for AWS, GCP and Azure 
• Dynamic team member who will both teach and learn from all of us on the Solutions Engineering team
• Problem solver who can interpret sophisticated problem statements, boil them down into simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, channel partners
• Comfortable in both a business and technical context, working with executives or talking shop with technical audiences
• Open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure and are passionate about making clients successful
• Strong knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred, Azure and GCP are a bonus)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, EKS, ECS and similar container orchestration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD  and similar IaC technologies.
• Enjoy helping customers/partners with their infrastructure transformation via solutions engineering through a 2-3 month DuploCloud onboarding process.
• Willingness to travel to Partner events 

Compensation Philosophy:

Range: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 depending on location and level of experience.

The pay listed above is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington. The standard base pay range listed for this role may not be applicable to other locations.
