About the role

  • Dynagen Lending is a fast-growing mortgage company dedicated to helping families achieve their homeownership goals. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support one of our Division Leaders. This role is a unique blend of Executive Assistant, Office Manager, and Operations Support — perfect for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do

  • Provide direct administrative support to a Division Leader, including scheduling, email management, and meeting preparation. 
  • Act as the go-to person in the office for day-to-day needs, helping ensure smooth operations. 
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships as needed.
  • Support mortgage operations teams with clerical tasks such as data entry, document organization, and file management. 
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events for leadership. 
  • Assist with internal communications and help streamline processes for efficiency. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an office assistant, executive assistant, or office manager preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Professional, positive, and proactive attitude. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
