About the role

• Ready to kick off your mortgage career and actually have fun doing it? At Dynagen Lending, we’ll take you from “What’s an NMLS?” to “I just closed a deal!” in no time. We’re looking for energetic, coachable humans to join us as Sales Rookies. This is our entry-level launchpad into the mortgage universe. You’ll learn the ropes, talk to people, and pick up all the insider knowledge that’ll turn you into a licensed Loan Officer faster than you can say “fixed-rate mortgage.”

What you'll do

• Make friendly (but purposeful) outbound calls to interested leads. We are not just cold calling randos here.
• Get people hyped about our mortgage magic and pass them to our licensed pros.
• Learn all the mortgage lingo, sales secrets, and customer charm moves you’ll need to succeed.
• Join daily training sessions that make passing your NMLS exam feel like a breeze.
• Team up with experienced Loan Officers who actually want you to win (shocking, we know).

Qualifications

• A voice people like hearing on the phone (or at least don’t hang up on).
• Energy for days: caffeine optional, enthusiasm required.
• You take feedback like a champ and bounce back even stronger.
• An interest in sales, finance, real estate, or just being awesome at what you do.
• Zero mortgage experience needed. Seriously. We’ll teach you everything.
