We’re seeking Entry-Level Cooks who bring a strong work ethic, sound kitchen skills, and a commitment to getting the details right. You’ll help prepare and serve quality dishes, keep pace with daily service demands, and contribute to a team that takes pride in its work. Duties Include:

• Maintain organized, well-stocked salad, fryer, grill, and pizza stations throughout service
• Complete daily prep work and rotate ingredients properly to maintain freshness and minimize waste
• Prepare and cook food to the appropriate temperatures and established quality standards
• Keep workstations sanitized and cooking equipment clean throughout each shift
• Arrive on time and be ready to contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while keeping pace with service demands

Schedule: 3:00pm - 10:00pm

• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, proper cooking temperatures, and safe knife skills
• The ability to maintain kitchen equipment and perform routine tasks, including changing fryer oil
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• A dependable, punctual, and responsible approach to work, including wearing the required uniform and maintaining a professional appearance
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to support coworkers and keep kitchen operations running smoothly
