As our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you’ll work directly with the CFO to turn financial data into actionable insights that drive profitability, inform strategic decisions, and support long-term growth. From financial modeling and KPI analysis to company performance reporting and evaluating new business opportunities, your work will help shape the direction of the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:

Financial Strategy & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans to support business performance and growth
• Evaluate new business initiatives, capital projects, and investments through financial modeling, market research, and scenario analysis
• Identify financial risks, growth opportunities, and key drivers of profitability

Profitability & Business Performance

• Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and operating results across the company's hospitality and residential portfolio
• Partner with business leaders to identify performance improvement opportunities, optimize costs, and track key performance indicators
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights into business performance

Executive & Strategic Support

• Partner directly with the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial evaluations, and executive-level decision-making
• Prepare financial insights and analyses for Board presentations, investor updates, and senior leadership reviews
• Evaluate financial proposals, vendor agreements, and business opportunities to inform strategic and financial decisions

Financial Reporting & Governance

• Review monthly hotel financial results and HOA Board packages before external distribution
• Analyze governing documents, rental management agreements, hotel management agreements, leases, and other contracts to understand their financial implications
• Deliver accurate, timely reporting with clear variance analysis, emerging trends, and recommendations

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting; hospitality or service industry finance experience strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required; experience with PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, data warehouses, or lodging property management systems is a plus
