About the Role

Viceroy Snowmass, located in beautiful Snowmass Village, Colorado, is seeking friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Valet Attendants to join our team! In this role, you will create exceptional first and last impressions by warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and providing safe, efficient valet parking and transportation services.

As an essential member of our Guest Services team, you will help deliver a seamless luxury hospitality experience while working closely with the Front Desk, Bell, and other hotel departments. The ideal candidate is professional, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced mountain resort environment.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests upon arrival and creating a positive, memorable first and last impression.
• Safely operate and park guest vehicles in designated areas, ensuring careful handling and timely retrieval when requested.
• Provide full-service luggage assistance during guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and convenient experience.
• Transport guests in designated courtesy vehicles when authorized, maintaining safety, professionalism, and guest comfort.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Bell, and other departments to coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and transportation needs.
• Maintain an organized and efficient valet parking area while following established vehicle handling and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, provide helpful property information, and anticipate opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest vehicles, luggage, and personal belongings with care, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Support daily operations by assisting team members during busy periods and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming entrance area.

About You

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and ability to successfully complete required background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) checks.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred; at least one year of valet experience at a full-service resort is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate different types of guest vehicles and follow established parking and transportation procedures.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds and push or pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional luxury hospitality.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
