Nestled slopeside in the heart of Deer Valley, Stag Lodge offers luxury accommodations, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and genuine mountain hospitality. At the heart of the experience is Café 52, our signature restaurant known for its inviting atmosphere, elevated mountain cuisine, and exceptional guest service.

We are looking for an energetic, personable Bartender who loves crafting great drinks, connecting with guests, and creating memorable experiences. If you thrive in a lively restaurant environment and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, we would love to meet you!

Position Details

• Location: Café 52 at Stag Lodge | Park City, UT
• Pay: $16/hour + Service Fee Pooling
• Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (Late November – Early April)
• Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, including holidays
• Start Date: As soon as possible
• Application Deadline: Until filled

What You'll Do

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to presentation.
• Create memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service and thoughtful recommendations.
• Share your knowledge of our beverage offerings and signature cocktails.
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, clean, and ready for service.
• Accurately process payments and complete end-of-shift reporting.
• Follow liquor laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team and support special events to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or full-service restaurant.
• Knowledge of mixology, wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for exceptional hospitality.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• A dependable, team-oriented attitude and the ability to stay composed during busy service.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
