The Opportunity:


To ensure efficient and profitable growth of triOS College campuses throughout New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. This will be achieved through the development, implementation, and monitoring of systems and policies that build efficient campus management teams who orchestrate recruitment, retention, instructional delivery, and timely placement of interns and graduates.


To focus the campuses on growth, profitable utilization, and quality education while maintaining high morale of employees and students and an overall friendly culture.

To be the operations centre point of contact between the Eastern College campuses and the campus support centre (CSC): educating campuses (and their Directors) on CSC processes and directions while also advocating for campuses, their employees, and students at CSC.



What you'll be doing:

  • Hire, train, and mentor direct reports.
  • Develop and actively participate in the training plan for all new Campus Director hires.
  • Conduct regular review of the KPI results with campus employees.
  • Review quality assurance survey results and review the results with Campus Directors each trimester.
  • Work with the Academic Services leadership team to ensure standardization of curriculum delivery.
  • Assist in leading the monthly Campus Director conference call.
  • List Ensure that campus teams are meeting the educational, physical, social, and special needs of students.
  • Ensure that the campus operations are maintaining data entry into XCAS regarding the educational progress of students.
  • Provide support, direction, and leadership to Campus Directors to assist in dealing with student, instructor, and administration issues.
  • Monitor attrition and retention levels in accordance with corporate standards.
  • Review no shows, cancellations, and terminations with direct reports monthly.
  • Work with the Vice President of Operations to ensure that the student handbook is current based on ministry requirements and internal policies.
  • Become an expert at the College schedule delivery & merge model systems.
  • Provide support and supervision to ensure that student, instructor, and classroom schedules are designed for maximum utilization according to delivery model.
  • Conduct quarterly campus operations review to monitor and report on campus operations in general to ensure that standards of excellence are established and maintained.
  • Conduct regular campus visits each month as well as on an “as needed” basis.
  • Conduct compliance audit of Eastern campuses twice a year.
  • Perform role of acting Campus Director as required for vacation relief and other instances.
  • Monitor campus expense budgets for Eastern campuses and orchestrate the approval process for any exceptional expenditures.
  • Review campus financial statements and participate in the review of campus profit and monthly loss statements with Campus Directors.
  • Ensure compliance to meet the regulations governing the processing of Canada and federal and provincial student loans.
  • Conduct Business Development and Government Relations within the Eastern provinces.
  • Support the work of Employment Specialists and other senior management to develop employer contacts that ensure placement of graduates.
  • Work with the Regional Director Admissions to ensure each campus achieves quarterly, trimester, and annual admissions goals.

What you bring to the position:

  • College diploma in business or technology, university degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressively increasing administrative and management experience in a comparable educational environment.
  • Knowledge of government regulatory climate of education.
  • Knowledge of accounting, budgeting, and financial statements.
  • A self-driven individual with the ability to work independently to meet company goals.
  • A reliable vehicle and a valid provincial driver’s license- Regular travel within New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia is required.
