About the role

  • Leads delivery for a National Training Center across multiple sites; owns SLAs, risk, governance, surge staffing, and stakeholder communications.

What you'll do

  • Own contract execution, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Drive SLA/SLO performance; chair CAB/governance rhythms.
  • Coordinate Service Desk, Network, Systems, and Cyber teams.
  • Plan and execute training-surge staffing and communications.
  • Manage risk/compliance; partner with ISSO on RMF/ATO sustainment.
  • Produce metrics, SITREPs, and exec roll-ups for COR/CO.

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ yrs federal IT O&M/service delivery.
  • PMP req.; ITIL v4 pref.; Security+ plus.
  • Multi-site ops and surge management.
  • DHS or law-enforcement training env. exp. preferred.
  • Former law enforcement supervision & veterans — highly preferred.
  • U.S. citizenship & ability to obtain a Federal Law Enforcement background check.
