Key Responsibilities
- Grow Evergreen’s Club & Mass channel—driving distribution, velocity, and revenue across key partners like Target, Walmart, Costco, and Sam’s Club.
- Build and lead joint business plans that unlock win-win growth for both Evergreen and our retail partners.
- Turn insights into action—using data to spot opportunities, solve problems, and tell a compelling growth story.
- Drive smart, effective promotion and pricing strategies that fuel trial, repeat, and real household penetration.
- Lead relationships with buyers and brokers—showing up as a trusted partner and pushing for bigger, better outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to bring new items to life—from innovation to shelf—with strong, clean execution.
- Stay close to the shelf—ensuring strong in-stock, great merchandising, and support plans to drive consistent in-store performance.
- Bring a builder mindset—helping shape how we scale the channel and the way we go to market.
Qualifications
- 8-12+ years of CPG sales experience, with deep expertise in Club, Mass, or large-format retail.
- Proven track record of driving growth with major retailers (Target, Walmart, Costco, Sam’s Club).
- Strong strategic mindset paired with hands-on execution ability.
- Experience leading broker networks and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of high-velocity retail environments, trade strategy, and category management.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to drive decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary of $130,000–$160,000 per year depending on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, market alignment in your area, and internal alignment with our team
