Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO

Position Overview: We're looking for someone resilient and adaptable to be the right-hand person to our CEO. This role is a mix of office wizardry, running errands, and being the CEO's trusted sidekick for both work and personal matters. If you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to person for the CEO, managing their schedule, emails, and priorities with finesse.
  • Keep the CEO's calendar on point, making sure meetings, appointments, and travel plans are organized and updated.
  • Dive into research, whip up reports, and handle other tasks that keep the CEO in the loop and on track.
  • Handle confidential info with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Keep the office humming by answering calls, ordering supplies, and making sure everything's in its place.
  • Take care of errands outside the office, like picking up documents or supplies, or handling personal tasks for the CEO.
  • Jump in on special projects and initiatives to help the CEO crush their goals.
  • Be the bridge between the CEO and everyone else, building relationships and making sure communication flows smoothly.
  • Roll up your sleeves during onsite meetings, setting up spaces, greeting guests, and making sure the technology behaves.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, especially supporting top-level execs.
  • Master multitasker with killer organizational skills.
  • A people person with top-notch communication skills.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, especially when handling sensitive info.
  • Tech-savvy with a knack for G-Suite, Excel and other software.
  • Independent thinker who isn't afraid to take action.
  • Proactive problem-solver who's always one step ahead.
  • A valid license and reliable transportation for errands.
