Position Overview:

As the PIM, DAM, and Content Specialist, you will manage our product information

systems, digital asset libraries, and content workflows to ensure consistency,

accessibility, and excellence across all digital channels. You will collaborate closely with

marketing, product, ecommerce, and design teams to maintain and enhance the

integrity of our content and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

● PIM Management:

o Own and manage the Product Information Management system (e.g.,

Salsify, Syndigo, Shopify).

o Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all

platforms.

o Partner with Product and Ecommerce teams to gather and structure

product specs, attributes, and taxonomy.

o Create and manage product templates, enrichment workflows, and

validation rules.

● DAM Management:

o Administer the Digital Asset Management platform (e.g., Canto??

o Organize, tag, and maintain metadata for all digital assets, ensuring

searchability and version control.

o Implement asset usage rights and ensure compliance with licensing

agreements.

● Content Management:

o Develop and maintain content standards, style guides, and governance

policies.

o Support marketing and ecommerce content strategies with timely updates

of product descriptions, imagery, videos, and related materials.

o Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and localization requirements.


● Cross-functional Collaboration:

o Serve as the point of contact between teams for all PIM, DAM, and

content-related needs.

o Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices and

platform usage.

● Reporting and Optimization:

o Monitor data and asset quality KPIs, continuously identify areas for

improvement.

o Recommend new tools, enhancements, and automations to optimize

workflows.


Required Skills and Experience:

● 3+ years managing PIM and/or DAM platforms.

● Strong understanding of data management, taxonomy, metadata standards, and

digital content ecosystems.

● Experience in ecommerce, retail, or similar industries preferred.

● Proficiency with tools like Salsify, Syndigo, Adobe Experience Manager, or

similar.

● Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

● Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

The pay range for this role is:

60,000 - 70,000 USD per year (Remote)
