Job Duties:

  1. Maintain and grow Echelon’s authorized 3rd party US service provider network.

  2. Communicate regularly with dealer/commercial support to verify when a field service labor work order authorization is required and is covered under  warranty.

  3. Coordinate with commercial support and verify any parts which are required.  

  4. Communicate with the provider/customer regarding parts delivery  and labor service ETA status.

  5. Communicate with the appropriate provider in a timely fashion when an authorized work order is warranted for labor  for a given customer and submit work order labor authorization to the provider.

  6. Track open work orders by date submitted and  drive to closure via close communication with the provider.

  7. Communicate with providers verifying completion of work order(s) and with customers confirming that the equipment is operational and the issue has been resolved.  Close out  of all work orders in a timely fashion.

  8. Verify warranty status of unit prior to submission of work order through commercial support.

  9. Managed 3rd party installation process in same fashion as Work Order management

  10. Ongoing improvement of the Field service coordination process and provider/customer experience.


Requirements:


High School Diploma/ GED

Have a positive, can do attitude


Excel in a team a  team environment


Be  a self starter


Have the ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly


Be able to drive open work orders to closure


Possess significant attention to detail


Preferred  2 years experience in call center support and/or service provision coordination with 3rd party service providers in any industry


Proficient with Microsoft Word, excel spreadsheets and Google Chat, Teams, Zoom etc


Strong written and verbal skills

The pay range for this role is:

16.50 - 16.50 USD per hour (Liberty Tower)
