Your Role In Keeping Things Running:
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be a point person to ensure clients meet their onboarding timelines efficiently & with quality.
What You’ll Get Done:
Project Manage SaaS Implementation Effectively
- Collect necessary data & implementation materials from clients, communicating & keeping them accountable for the overall timeline
- Host status check-ins with clients, explaining where they are in the process
- Answer any questions on the platform & why implementation materials are necessary
- Work with Product team to ensure data & materials are uploaded correctly
Host Accounting & IT Setup Sessions
- Work with client Accounting & IT teams to ensure workflows & requirements are met
- Work with Product team to ensure requirements are programmed correctly
Identify & Create Operational Efficiencies
- Improve existing processes and developing new approaches to create high levels of client satisfaction, working with cross-functional teams if necessary
What You’ll Bring to the Crew
In experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing position, ideally in a technical support environment (preferably SaaS or AI)
- Strong organizational ability, handling many tasks & projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage projects & people effectively, ensuring everything stays on track
- Strong communication ability to connect with & lead clients
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google web-applications, and project management software

Who You’ll Work With
In this role, the main people you’ll be working with are:
- Implementation Manager – who you’ll report into
- Customer Experience Team (i.e. CSMs, Training, Asset Surveys) – who you’ll keep up-to-date on projects & any changes in timelines
- Product Team - who you’ll work with to ensure requirements are uploaded/met in the software correctly for your client

Salary: 65k - 75k annually
