What You’ll Bring to the Crew:

We’re looking for a Product Owner who thrives in technical, detail-heavy environments and can scope, define, and ship clean, intuitive user-friendly products. You’ll lead a web platform team focused on core application functionality and customer-facing workflows — balancing backend logic, business requirements, and UI simplicity.

You’ll also own our external API and systems integration layer, working closely with engineering to support third-party integrations, lambda automation, and database-driven workflows.

This is a critical role requiring precision in scoping, a strong understanding of how users think, and the ability to make complex systems simple to use and build.

What You’ll Get Done:

  • Own the product development lifecycle for core platform features (web), APIs, and integrations — from discovery and planning to delivery and iteration.
  • Partner closely with UX/UI design to make complex workflows simple, scalable, and intuitive.
  • Collaborate with engineering on data workflows, backend logic, and UI behavior.
  • Own integration workstreams involving external APIs, SFTP automation, custom field mapping, and lambda functions.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with customer success, implementation, and support to translate real-world problems into product solutions.
  • Monitor and resolve incidents tied to your features, understanding edge cases and fallout scenarios.
  • Support go-to-market execution (beta, enablement, documentation).
  • Champion platform-first thinking and reuse across the product and tech stack.
  • Measure and improve adoption, usability, and stability of what you ship.

What You’ll Bring to the Crew:

  • 3+ years of SaaS product management experience, including 2+ years managing customer-facing web applications.
  • Strong capability in user-centric product design — you can simplify logic, reduce cognitive load, and ensure users don’t get stuck.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing RESTful APIs, external integrations, and backend automation (SFTP, lambdas).
  • Experience defining workflows involving permissions, approvals, and business logic.
  • Strong ability to scope features — you think through edge cases, use cases, and how real users will engage.
  • High-quality ticket writing and story development — testable, complete, and clearly prioritized.
  • Proven experience working directly with developers to manage backlogs, lead refinement sessions, and ensure smooth delivery through agile practices.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, support) in agile environments.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Aha!, Figma, Confluence, and data tooling.
  • (Bonus) Experience in facilities, maintenance, or enterprise asset management.
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, and API debugging.
