What you'll do:

• Proactively maintain and improve automated trading systems
• Monitor trading algorithms and provide feedback to developers on areas of improvement
• Investigate trade sequences to refine and improve strategies
• Devise new, innovative ways to tune trading parameters to increase desk profitability
• Work across the entire organization to improve systems and overall firm performance

Qualifications and skills:

• Previous experience trading (1-2 years) with a proven track record of success managing an options market making book and maintaining/improving automated trading systems
• BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
• Ability to take on many responsibilities quickly with a high degree of operational excellence
• Strong python programming skills
