What you'll do:
- Manage broker and institutional counterparty relationships across multiple products
- Negotiate prices and make markets for brokers and other relevant external parties
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with screen traders to manage portfolio risk and pricing
- Develop new relationships to improve access to flow and expand the business
- Conduct trade analysis to identify trends and capitalize on opportunities
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience (1+ years) in an options market making role covering brokers and institutional counterparties
- BS/MS/BA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, Finance, Physics, or related field
- Strong verbal communication skills, detail oriented, team player
- Excellent ability to use market information to positively impact trading operations
- Ability to work well under pressure and make fast decisions in a dynamic market
- Strong interpersonal skills, can successfully manage and form external counterparty relationships

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Base salary represents just one part of overall compensation; all full-time, permanent roles are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including items in the above list.
The base salary for this role is 150,000 USD per year
