We started when Michael Navarro, an estimating veteran at Suffolk, knew there was a better way than relying on spreadsheet nightmares, and began creating a solution built by estimators, for estimators. He teamed up with Dustin DeVan, founder of BuildingConnected (acquired by Autodesk for $275 million), to launch Ediphi in 2023. With a $12M Series A round led by Norwest Venture Partners and with ongoing participation from Suffolk Technologies, Ediphi continues to grow as a SaaS offering for General Contractors around the country.

About the role

Ediphi is hiring a metrics-driven Demand Generation Manager to drive predictable pipeline growth. You will own the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs across channels, with a focus on generating qualified leads, accelerating opportunities, and hitting pipeline targets. You’ll market to preconstruction and estimating leaders at commercial contractors, including mid-market to enterprise general contractors, self-perform contractors, and estimating and precon teams.


You will partner closely with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content to align campaigns with buyer needs, create strong conversion paths, and improve performance across the funnel. As a startup, we are looking for a marketing generalist -- someone who is eager to wear multiple hats including: email marketer, growth marketer, demand generation marketer.


Given the rise in Artificial Intelligent capabilities within the demand generation function, we are looking for someone who is well versed in using technologies such as Claude Code to build custom workflows and automated marketing processes. Applicants who have specific examples of AI usage will stand out in the process.

What you'll do

  • Own Ediphi’s demand generation strategy to hit monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns that create sales conversations with preconstruction and estimating leaders.
  • Build scalable campaign plays across channels, including paid search and paid social, retargeting, content syndication, and email promotion (in partnership with Content Marketing).
  • Partner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to package existing assets into high-performing demand programs, including webinar themes, landing pages, CTAs, and conversion paths.
  • Work with Sales and RevOps on audience targeting, lead routing, campaign tracking, and closed-loop reporting in Salesforce.
  • Improve conversion rates across key funnel moments (ad to landing page, landing page to form fill, form fill to meeting) through testing and iteration.
  • Own campaign reporting and share performance insights with the GTM team, including pipeline created, conversion rates, and cost efficiency by channel.
  • Lead Ediphi’s webinar and virtual event program end to end, including topic planning, speaker coordination, promotion, follow-up, and performance reporting.
  • Pre and post marketing and lead follow up for marquis industry events
  • Manage the demand gen calendar and keep Sales aligned on what is launching, who it’s for, and how to follow up.
  • Establish repeatable processes for planning, launching, and measuring campaigns so performance improves quarter over quarter.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4 to 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Proficient in building AI-driven campaigns and processes
  • Proven track record driving measurable pipeline growth through multi-channel programs
  • Strong marketing automation experience (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and comfort with reporting
  • Experience with segmentation, lifecycle programs, and lead management best practices
  • Solid project management skills and ability to run multiple campaigns concurrently

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing to construction, AEC, or industrial audiences
  • ABM experience (1:few / 1:many) and working with Sales on target account programs
  • Familiarity with paid search, paid social, retargeting, and webinar/event programs
