We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing, well-funded startup transforming the preconstruction space. In this role, you’ll be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships, driving adoption and expansion, and helping protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue.
You’ll be the post-sale lead for assigned accounts, guiding customers through their lifecycle and working closely with Technical Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a best-in-class experience.

The pay range for this role is:
