About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our fast-growing, well-funded startup transforming the preconstruction space. In this role, you’ll be responsible for retaining and growing customer relationships, driving adoption and expansion, and helping protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue.


You’ll be the post-sale lead for assigned accounts, guiding customers through their lifecycle and working closely with Technical Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure a best-in-class experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Build trusted advisor relationships across customer organizations, from executives to day-to-day users.
  • Maintain regular customer engagement, including strategic account reviews.
  • Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally; track engagement, feedback, and issues in internal systems.
  • Protect & grow ARR growth: Identify expansion opportunities (in partnership with Sales) and proactively manage renewals.
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales to develop and execute actionable success plans.
  • Forecast and mitigate customer risk to minimize churn.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product and contributing to roadmap alignment.
  • Coordinate with cross functional teams internally to deliver outstanding customer service.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, consultative, and strategic planning skills.
  • Understanding of recurring revenue business models and customer value drivers.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in SaaS, including pricing, sales, and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel ~20% to customer sites and industry events.

Bonus: 

  • Familiarity with construction workflows, tools, or estimating practices.
  • Empathy and curiosity to deeply understand customer businesses and goals.
  • Experience managing large, complex customer organizations, including multi-stakeholder relationships and layered decision-making structures.

The pay range for this role is:
