About the role

The Account Strategist will work closely with internal teammates to scope, devise, and drive the best solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate knows how to seamlessly flow between various projects, timelines, and internal and external stakeholder requests. We highly value effective communication and time management skills, and our Account Strategists in particular have a deep understanding of analytics and how to create, communicate, and execute effective strategies to drive business forward for our clients. This is a great opportunity for Account Strategists who are passionate about their work and curious about emerging technologies.


What you'll do

  • Act as the Account Strategist for key accounts
  • Consistently strive to select, assess, and utilize best channels and methodologies to increase revenue, AOV, and ROI for key accounts
  • Facilitate Quarterly Planning (initiate internal process and maintain and report on ongoing performance)
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for priorities to drive positive impact 
  • Own and facilitate client communications related to strategy and consistently strive to deepen relationship
  • Conduct analytics reporting in GA4, Elevar, and additional client-provided data platforms
  • Proactively plan and execute strategic contract initiatives (renewals, upsells, change orders, escalation management, etc.)
  • Manage the full cycle of client onboarding and offboarding  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in account management, digital marketing strategy, or eCommerce Strategist experience
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Shopify and its ecosystem 
  • Consistent history of managing and growing enterprise-level accounts within an agency setting

Preferred:

  • Experience working with global or enterprise-level accounts
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms
  • Knowledge of emerging trends, including AI, personalization and omnichannel strategies
